Location

Event must take place in Canada, or within a reasonable distance of our service areas.

Event Type

Non-profit events, corporate events, or upscale social events (galas, fundraisers). Not for small private events.

Timeline

Event date must be within 3 months from the time of application.

Website Requirement

Your organization's website must include an active blog section.

Application Process

Apply-only opportunity. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

What We Require in Return

Do-Follow Link

A do-follow link to our website published on your organization's website or event blog for the life of the domain.

Sponsor Acknowledgment

Our logo on sponsor walls, event banners, or marketing materials if other sponsors are acknowledged the same way.

Marketing Rights

Full creative direction over the photo/video experience, plus marketing rights to share behind-the-scenes content.

Timely Link Publishing

The link or blog post must be published no later than 2 weeks after the event. Gallery access is provided once the link is live.

Logo on Prints

We reserve the right to include our logo on photo booth prints, physical assets, or video experiences.

What types of events qualify for sponsorship?
We sponsor non-profit events, charity fundraisers, corporate events with a philanthropic component, upscale social events, and galas. Private events like birthdays and weddings do not qualify for the sponsorship program.
How does the sponsorship work?
Approved events receive a photo booth experience in exchange for brand visibility (logo placement, a do-follow link on your website or event blog, and marketing rights to share behind-the-scenes content). If your application does not qualify for full sponsorship, we may offer a partial sponsorship instead.
How far in advance should we apply?
Your event date must be within 3 months of your application. We recommend applying as early as possible within that window, as sponsorship spots are limited and submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
What if our event is not approved?
If your event does not qualify for full sponsorship, we may still offer a partial sponsorship. If not selected at any level, we encourage you to explore our standard photo booth rental options.
Why do you require a website link?
The sponsorship is an exchange. We provide a premium photo booth experience, and in return we ask for a do-follow link to our website on your organization's website or event blog. This link must be published within 2 weeks after the event.
Does our organization need a website with a blog?
Yes. Your non-profit or corporate website must include an active blog section where the do-follow link to Booth Empire can be published. This is a requirement for approval.
